Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains how to withdraw from a purchase made on shopdelvo.com, how to return a product and how refunds work. It is provided in accordance with Articles 9–16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code. The seller is XIN SHI 88 SRL, VIA CASILINA 1674, 00133 ROMA, Italia.

1. Right of withdrawal — 30 days

By law, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product. If you order several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@shopdelvo.com or by post to XIN SHI 88 SRL, VIA CASILINA 1674, 00133 ROMA, Italia. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Please include your name, delivery address, order details and, to speed up the refund, the IBAN of the account on which you wish to receive it. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

3. Returning the product

You must send back the product, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal, to the return address we will indicate in our reply. The deadline is met if you send the product before the 14-day period has expired. Please pack the product carefully, with its accessories where possible, so that it is not damaged in transit.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you, except where the product is defective, damaged on arrival or not the one you ordered: in these cases we cover all return costs.

4. Condition of the product

You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop, to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose. Returning the product without its original packaging does not, in itself, cause the loss of the right of withdrawal.

5. Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs if any were charged, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. Since you paid in cash on delivery, we will make the refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate, without any fees for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it, whichever is earlier.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
products that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

If an exception applies to a product, this is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

7. Defective or non-conforming products

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If a product is defective or does not match your order, write to info@shopdelvo.com with a description and, if possible, photos. You are entitled, free of charge, to repair or replacement and, where these are not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a full refund. 8. Refused deliveries

Since payment is made on delivery, you may also refuse the parcel when the courier arrives. Please let us know by email: in this case nothing is due.
